The following terms carry specific meanings throughout these Terms:

• "786et" or "Platform" — The 786et.bar website and all services, games, and activities under it.
• "User" — Any person who has registered on or is using the 786et platform.
• "Account" — A user's registered personal profile through which they access services.
• "Deposit" — Funds added to a user's account.
• "Withdrawal" — Funds taken out of a user's account.
• "Bonus" — Any promotional credit or reward given by 786et.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The condition specifying how much betting must be done before winnings earned from a bonus can be withdrawn.

The following conditions must be met to open an account and use services on 786et:

• Users must be able to verify their identity with valid documentation.

• Each individual may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts for the same person is prohibited.
• Government officials, 786et employees, and their immediate family members may not actively bet or play games on the platform.

3.1 Providing Accurate Information

It is mandatory to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Opening an account with false or misleading information is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure.

3.2 Password Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details completely confidential. You should not share your password with anyone. If you log in on someone else's device, you must log out at the end of the session.

3.3 Account Verification

786et may request identity verification when you wish to make a withdrawal above a certain amount or for other reasons. This process may require submitting a copy of your national ID card or passport. Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete.

• Each mobile number may be linked to only one account.
• Each bank account or mobile banking number may be registered to only one account.
• Transferring or selling an account is strictly prohibited.

All deposits and withdrawals must be made through a payment method registered in your own name. Using another person's account or payment method is prohibited and may result in account suspension.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

786et offers a welcome bonus for new members. A 100% bonus on the first deposit is available, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example:

• If you deposit ৳1,000, your bonus will be ৳1,000 and your total balance will be ৳2,000.
• If you deposit ৳42,000, the bonus is capped at ৳20,000 and your total balance will be ৳62,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

To withdraw winnings earned from a bonus, the wagering requirement must be met. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus. The current wagering requirement is 25 times (25x).

5.3 Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may have its own expiry period and conditions.
• If a user attempts to abuse the bonus system, the account will be reviewed.
• 786et reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If a game is played using bonus funds and the applicable requirements are not met, winnings may be forfeited.
• It is the user's responsibility to read the specific terms of the relevant offer before claiming a bonus.

6.1 Game Results & Fair Play

All games on 786et are conducted in a fair and transparent manner. Game results are determined by the respective game provider's system, which 786et does not directly control. In the event of a technical error or disconnection, an ongoing game round may be cancelled and the wagered amount may be refunded.

6.2 Betting Limits

Each game or sports market may have its own betting limits, which are displayed on the game or market page. Bets exceeding the set limits will not be accepted.

6.3 Sports Betting

The sports betting section offers the opportunity to place bets on various sports. In the event of any incident (match postponed, abandoned, or overs reduced), betting rules may change and 786et's decision will be considered final.

6.4 Live Games & Casino

786et Casino features live games from internationally recognised game providers including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. In live games, the dealer's or croupier's decision is final. If a game is disrupted due to a technical issue, 786et will make every effort to provide the best possible resolution.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 786et platform:

• Operating multiple accounts with the intent of exploiting the bonus system.
• Any form of fraud, cheating, or system manipulation.
• Colluding with other users or coordinating to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to play games.
• Using the platform for illegal money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Cyber attacks or hacking attempts against the platform's software or infrastructure.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users.
• Conducting financial transactions using a third party's account or payment method.

8.1 Account Closure by 786et

786et reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Suspicion or evidence of fraudulent activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification or provision of false information.
• If the account's security is believed to be compromised.
• Instructions from a regulatory or law enforcement authority.

8.2 Account Closure by the User

If a user wishes to close their own account, they can contact the 786et support team directly. Once the closure request has been verified, the available balance will be returned; however, any bonus credits will be cancelled.

8.3 Responsible Gaming Limits

9.1 Platform's Limited Liability

786et is not responsible for:

• Game losses caused by internet disconnection or technical issues.
• Any loss caused by problems with the user's device or network.
• Delays caused by issues in third-party systems (game providers, payment processors).
• Unforeseen technical failures or force majeure situations.

9.2 Gaming Losses

The risk of financial loss is always present in online gaming. 786et is not responsible for game outcomes. You are considered to be playing voluntarily and at your own risk.
